Why the name Aisman?
From simple issue tracking to full project continuity.
Every product starts by solving one problem. Aisman began as AI Issue Management—a lightweight way to track what AI coding agents were changing. The name itself is a portmanteau of that original title: AIsMan → Aisman.
As AI-assisted development evolved, we realised tracking issues wasn't enough. The real challenge was preserving continuity: keeping requirements, decisions, implementation history, verification, and unfinished work connected across many AI sessions.
Today, Aisman is the control layer that connects AI coding agents with the developers who guide them—bringing structure around the tools that already write your code.
